Yesterday:
- 6 min with the Shake Weight
- 30 min of yoga and balance exercises on the Wii
- 30 min on the treadmill (speed intervals)

This morning:
- 6 min with the Shake Weight
- 20 min of yoga on the Wii
- 30 min on the treadmill (cardio walk)
