- Turn onto the road that runs in front of the school and pull over toward the curb into the "queue."
- Do not let your children out of the car anywhere but the designated area directly in front of the school... the area BETWEEN the entrance and exit to the school.
- Do not block the entrance drive for the school as you wait... if you do, the busses cannot get into the drive to drop off children.
- Pull ALL THE WAY up to the sign that says, "Please pull all the way up to here" (or something similar) so other cars can pull up behind you, thus maximizing number of kids who can be dropped off at one time. The helpers who are out there in the mornings are not standing there waving their arms like windmills and yelling at you to pull all the way up for their health.
- WAIT until the car(s) in front of you pulls out and THEN pull out behind it. Do not pull out from the middle of a row of cars just because your kid got out of your car faster than someone else's kid.
It's not rocket science. Sheesh!
